Tiers describe how much guidance your host gives you with flexible funding. Tier 4 is the highest level: your host checks in with you at least monthly and provides active coaching.
On Tier 4, one-off purchases over $500 need prior approval, instead of the usual $1,500. Equipment, overseas travel, and complementary therapies need prior approval too.
Tier 4 does not stop you buying support that fits your plan. It means your host is part of the decision earlier.
