Support designed for how your brain actually works

Not a one-size-fits-all approach. A service built by someone who understands the neurodivergent experience from the inside out.

Lived Experience

Jamie and our support workers are neurodivergent themselves. This isn’t textbook knowledge — it’s real understanding of what works and what doesn’t.

Your Autonomy First

You make the decisions. We work WITH you, not ON you. Your goals, your pace, your way.

Tech-Enabled

Trello boards, AI-assisted planning, and modern systems designed for neurodivergent brains. Not clipboards and checklists.

Smaller Caseload

Intentionally fewer clients means deeper, more consistent support. Quality over quantity, always.

Why participants choose Neuro Support

Most support workers come from a caregiving background. They’re trained to help with personal care, household tasks, and daily routines — and they do that well. But if you’re a neurodivergent adult who needs help with executive function, building systems, navigating overwhelm, or just having someone in your corner who genuinely understands how your brain works — that’s a different kind of support altogether.

Neuro Support was built to fill that gap. After 12 years working as a support worker — and a lifetime of living with ADHD and Autism — I saw that the existing system wasn’t designed with neurodivergent people in mind. The big agencies rotate staff, assign whoever’s available, and train their workers from a medical model. I built Neuro Support because I wanted something better.

Here’s what makes us different:

  • Lived experience, not just training. I don’t just understand neurodivergence in theory — I navigate it every day. That means I can spot the patterns, anticipate the roadblocks, and offer strategies that actually work because I’ve tested them on myself first.
  • One person, not a roster. You work with me directly. No being shuffled between different support workers who need to re-learn your situation every visit. Consistency matters when you’re building trust and momentum.
  • Independence is the goal. My job is to work myself out of a job. We build systems, develop skills, and put tools in place so you need less support over time — not more.

Who Neuro Support works best for

Neuro Support isn’t for everyone — and that’s by design. I work best with neurodivergent adults who:

  • Want a support worker who actually understands how ADHD and Autism show up in daily life
  • Are looking for practical strategies, not just someone to tick boxes on a care plan
  • Value working with the same person consistently, rather than rotating agency staff
  • Want to build independence rather than long-term dependency on support services

If you’ve ever felt like your support worker doesn’t really get you — or that the system treats you like a problem to manage rather than a person with goals — Neuro Support was built for exactly that frustration.

Particularly if you’ve struggled to find the right fit. Many of my clients have told me they went through multiple agencies and support workers before finding someone who actually understood their experience. Some participants — especially men — find it particularly hard to connect with a support worker in a sector that’s over 90% female. If gender match matters to you, that’s a valid preference, and one that Neuro Support can meet.

Practical support for real life

Every service is tailored to your needs, your goals, and the way your brain works best.

Hi, I’m Jamie

I started Neuro Support because I know firsthand how frustrating it is when support services don’t understand how your brain works. I am neurodivergent myself, so this isn’t just professional knowledge — it’s personal understanding.

With a degree in Human Services and a minor in Psychology, I combine lived experience with professional expertise. Spots are limited, so if you’re looking for support, reach out sooner rather than later.

I believe the goal of good support isn’t dependency — it’s building your own toolkit for independence. That looks different for everyone. Sometimes it’s mapping out your morning routine together to figure out where time actually disappears. Sometimes it’s sitting down beside a task you’ve been avoiding for weeks, breaking it into pieces, and just beginning — because starting is usually the hardest part. I use modern tools, including AI, to help make that process easier, and I teach clients how to use them too.
