Neuro Support for neurodivergent adults

Willpower isn't the answer. The right setup is.

Most support advice asks your brain to compensate. Neuro Support builds the system that holds the load instead. Jamie installs it. The system keeps running. You own it.

Built for minds that can't hold it all. Useful for any mind.

Available now: Discovery Calls (free) and Support Sessions ($60).
In development: Neuro Agent install and ongoing Neuro Support. Waitlist open.

The load is real

Executive function is not a character test.

You can understand what needs doing and still not be able to hold it all.

Appointments. Forms. Messages. Routines. Decisions. Transitions. The thing you meant to remember. The thing you forgot you were avoiding. The thing that only becomes urgent once it is already loud.

That isn't laziness. It's load.

For many neurodivergent adults, the problem is not knowing what matters. The problem is that too much of life keeps falling back into your head.

Neuro Support is built around a different assumption.

If your brain can't reliably hold the system, the system should hold more of the load.

The system

A personal AI agent that lives in your Notion workspace.

The Neuro Agent is a Custom Agent set up inside a private Notion teamspace just for you. It captures, organises, remembers, and surfaces what matters. Your phone is how you stay in touch with it day to day. Jamie sets it all up.

01

Your Neuro Agent

A Custom Agent configured for you, running inside your private Notion teamspace. It captures, organises, finds, summarises, surfaces, and reduces. Built to hold context, not to motivate or judge.

02

Agent Memory

Your agent's memory holds tasks, routines, decisions, patterns, and useful context outside your head. It can remember what you can't reliably remember at the exact moment you need it.

03

A private Notion workspace

The workspace your agent lives in. Tasks, routines, notes, plans, support context, and the things that usually have to live in working memory. Two spaces inside it: a shared support page Jamie can see, and a private Home space he can't.

04

Your phone, in orbit

Voice capture in. Alarms and reminders out. Sensory-friendly settings. The phone is how you stay in touch with the agent — iPhone Action Button recommended; modern Android (2020+) gets an equivalent capture method.

05

A human support layer

Jamie installs the agent, maintains the structure, and steps in when the system needs a real person. Not 24/7. Available, monthly, and bookable.

06

Ownership and exit

The agent is yours. The workspace is yours. You control access. You can export it from Notion and leave at any time.

The path in

Start small. Build the support around your real life.

Free Discovery Call

15 to 30 minutes. A first conversation. Check fit. Answer questions. Decide whether the install makes sense.

An interview-led install

Jamie asks key questions, learns how you live and work, then builds your Notion workspace and the Custom Agents shaped around your real context. A 90-minute live session anchors it. iPhone is recommended for the Action Button capture; modern Android works too.

You use the system

Capture thoughts and tasks as they come up. Your Support Agent helps process them. The workspace holds them.

Neuro Support keeps it running

Ongoing monthly support: workspace plan covered, Custom Agents that maintain your system, Help built into your workspace, and useful updates as Notion and Claude evolve.

Install-only clients use their own Notion Business plan after the install. Ongoing Neuro Support covers the workspace plan and adds Custom Agents that maintain the system over time. The system survives leaving the wrapper — your install runs at approximately NZ$50/month direct to Notion if you stop ongoing support.

Your system, your control

Your private life shouldn't become support admin.

Your workspace is yours. Jamie has guest access to one page inside it — a small shared support page — and nothing else.

Home is your whole workspace. Diary notes, project thinking, About Me, every capture you make. Jamie has no access to Home by default.

Neuro Support is one shared page: Working on, Current Focus, Help, plus optional goals you choose to add. Everything that lands here is your deliberate choice, depersonalised by your Agent on the way in.

Privacy is enforced at the write, not at the view. Private material doesn't have to be copied anywhere to be useful — it just stays in Home where the system can still work with it.

  • Your workspace is yours.
  • Jamie sees one shared page; everything else is private to you by default.
  • You choose what gets added to the shared page. Your Agent doesn't auto-write there.
  • Identifying details get stripped on the way in.
  • Your Notion workspace can be exported if you leave.

The human layer

Built by a support worker who knows the load from the inside.

Jamie runs Neuro Support in Christchurch.

Fifteen years in disability support. Lived ADHD experience. A BA in Human Services with a Psychology minor. Neuro Support comes from the overlap between practical support work, systems design, and the reality of trying to function with a brain that doesn't reliably hold everything on demand.

Jamie is a support worker and system installer. Not a therapist, counsellor, clinician, lawyer, financial adviser, or crisis service.

The work is practical: reduce the load, capture what keeps escaping, make the next step clearer, build routines that survive real life, keep important context outside your head, and support the system so it keeps working.

Fit

Built for minds that can't hold it all. Useful for any mind.

Neuro Support is for neurodivergent adults who need practical help with the gap between knowing and doing.

You might be diagnosed, self-identified, waiting for assessment, or still working out the language. You don't need a label to start.

It may fit if:

  • Life admin keeps building up until it becomes urgent.
  • Appointments, forms, messages, or deadlines keep slipping.
  • You rely on memory, and then memory disappears.
  • Transitions take more energy than people realise.
  • Plans make sense in your head but fall apart in daily life.
  • Too many choices stop you from starting.
  • Support advice has often sounded simple but never quite usable.
  • You want a system that works with your brain, not against it.

You don't need to be good at Notion.
You don't need to arrive organised.
That's the point of the system.

One next step

Start with a free Discovery Call.

You don't need to know exactly what you need yet. The Discovery Call is a short first conversation to check whether Neuro Support is a good fit, answer questions, and decide the next useful step.

If you want to start with a Support Session, you can. If you want to join the waitlist for the install, you can. If neither feels right yet, you still leave with more clarity than you came in with.
