A system that holds what your brain can't be asked to hold.

Jamie builds you a personal Agent in a private workspace. It does the remembering, the organising, the planning. You keep the keys.

Start today: a free Discovery Call, or a Support Session ($80 in person · $40 / 15 min online). The first month, where we build your system together, opens soon. The waitlist holds your place.

An example of the system at work: quick captures through the day, a dentist time, a passport reminder, an idea, a call to return, each routed to the right place. The next morning it hands back one clear next step, with the details ready.

The load is real

Executive function is not a character test.

You can understand exactly what needs doing and still not be able to hold it all.

Appointments. Forms. Messages. Routines. Decisions. The thing you meant to remember. The thing that only becomes urgent once it is already loud.

That isn't laziness. It's load.

And every free tool asks you to do the one thing you can't do. Jamie does it with you instead.

Nothing lives in your head. The mind is for having ideas, not holding them.

That's the rule the whole service is built from.

Same game as everyone else. Different controls.

The system

A support agent that lives in your workspace, not in your head.

The Neuro Agent captures, organises, remembers, and surfaces what matters. Jamie builds the whole thing around your life, then steps back. The workspace is private, and it's yours. No one's in there unless you invite them.

01

Your Neuro Agent

A support agent in a private workspace that captures, organises, finds, and surfaces. It drafts the email, makes a start on the budget, breaks the mess into steps, with your context already loaded instead of starting cold each time. Built to hold context, not to judge.

02

Agent Memory

Tasks, routines, decisions, and the useful context that lives outside your head. It remembers what you cannot, at the moment you need it.

03

One quiet doorway

Reach it from any device. Voice or a single press. No new app to learn, no dashboard to manage on the days you have nothing spare.

04

A human behind it

Jamie builds the system, keeps the structure sound, and steps in when it needs a real person. You own the workspace. You can export it and leave at any time.

05

The system evolves with you

The workspace is built on a foundation designed for the neurodivergent mind. The Agent inside it is custom to you, shaped to how you actually live and work. You set how it responds, and keep adjusting it as you go: when it speaks up, how it talks to you, what it leans in on. As your life changes, your system keeps pace.

The path in

Start small. Build the support around your real life.

  1. 01

    A free Discovery Call

15 to 30 minutes. A first conversation. Check the fit, answer questions, decide whether the first month makes sense.

  2. 02

    An interview-led first month

Jamie learns how you actually live and work, then builds the workspace and the agent around your real context. A 90-minute session anchors it, alongside 8 x 15-minute Support Sessions across the month.

  3. 03

    You use the system

Capture as things come up. The agent processes them. The workspace holds them. Nothing depends on you having a good day.

  4. 04

    You take it over

Ongoing Neuro Support keeps the system sound while you learn to run your own Neuro Agent. Involve Jamie as much or as little as you like, then run it yourself whenever you are ready.

Neuro Support — first month

$1,399

one-off · includes 90-min interview

Jamie sets up your agent and private workspace and configures your phone around it.

Neuro Support

$499/mo

ongoing · stop any time

Jamie keeps the system sound and Help built in while you learn to run your own agent. Stay as long as it is useful, then take it over yourself.

You own the workspace either way. Export it from Notion and leave at any time. The system survives leaving the wrapper. The running cost, the Notion plan and the AI the agents use, is covered while you are with Neuro Support; when you take it over it is yours to run directly (about NZ$80 to NZ$110 a month).

The human layer

Built by a support worker who knows the load from the inside.

Jamie runs Neuro Support in Christchurch. Fifteen years in disability support. Lived ADHD experience. A BA in Human Services with a Psychology minor.

It comes from the overlap between practical support work, systems design, and the reality of functioning with a brain that doesn't reliably hold everything on demand.

A support worker who builds systems. Not a therapist, counsellor, clinician, or crisis service.

The practice

One support worker. A whole system behind him.

Neuro Support is one person, on purpose. One experienced support worker, holding a caseload that used to need an office. Not by working harder. The practice runs on the same systems clients buy: agents hold the memory, the follow-up and the paperwork, so Jamie's time goes to people.

Jamie runs his own life and business this way. The system that briefs him each morning, watches his inbox and holds his week is the same architecture he builds for you. You're not buying an idea he read about. You're buying the thing he runs on.

And the question every one-person service should answer: what happens on Jamie's bad day? The same thing that happens on yours. The system holds. Nothing depends on anyone having a good day.
