The Neuro Agent captures, organises, remembers, and surfaces what matters. Jamie builds the whole thing around your life, then steps back. The workspace is private, and it's yours. No one's in there unless you invite them.
A support agent in a private workspace. You hand it things and it keeps them sorted, then brings them back when they matter. It can draft the email, make a start on the budget, or break a mess into steps, and it already knows your situation, so you're not explaining yourself from scratch every time. And it doesn't judge what lands in it.
Tasks, routines, decisions, and the useful context that lives outside your head. It remembers what you can't, right when you need it.

Ongoing Neuro Support keeps the system sound while you learn to run your own Neuro Agent. Involve Jamie as much or as little as you like, then run it yourself whenever you are ready.

Jamie sets up your agent and private workspace, built around your life. Your phone setup comes later, in your own time, with a checklist beside you.

Jamie keeps the system sound and Help built in while you learn to run your own agent. Stay as long as it is useful, then take it over yourself.
You own the workspace either way. Export it from Notion and leave at any time. The system survives leaving the wrapper. The running cost, the Notion plan and the AI the agents use, is covered while you are with Neuro Support; when you take it over it is yours to run directly (about NZ$80 to NZ$110 a month).
The human layer
Jamie runs Neuro Support in Christchurch. Fifteen years in disability support. Lived ADHD experience. A BA in Human Services with a Psychology minor.
The whole service comes out of that mix: hands-on support work, a habit of building systems, and living with a brain that doesn't reliably hold everything on demand.

The practice
Neuro Support is one person, on purpose. One experienced support worker, holding a caseload that used to need an office. Not by working harder. The practice runs on the same systems clients buy: agents hold the memory, the follow-up and the paperwork, so Jamie's time goes to people.
Jamie runs his own life and business this way. The system that briefs him each morning, watches his inbox and holds his week is the same setup he builds for you. The thing you'd be buying is the thing he already runs on.
It's a fair thing to ask of any one-person outfit: what happens on Jamie's bad day? Same as what happens on yours. The system holds. Nothing here depends on anyone having a good day.
