Hi, I’m Jamie

I started Neuro Support because I know firsthand how frustrating it is when support services don’t understand how your brain works. I have ADHD myself, so this isn’t just professional knowledge — it’s personal understanding.

With a degree in Human Services and a minor in Psychology, I combine lived experience with professional expertise. I keep my caseload small intentionally, because I believe quality support requires genuine connection, not rushing between clients.

I use modern tools like Trello and AI-assisted planning because I believe neurodivergent adults deserve support that works the way they do — not outdated systems designed for someone else.
