You do not need to be good with tech, and you do not set anything up. During the install you talk, so the system is built around your life, and you watch, while I build your workspace live in front of you. Your words become structure on the screen as you say them.
It runs on your computer or your phone, your choice, over a plain video link from anywhere in New Zealand or in person in Christchurch. No account, no app to install. Your phone setup comes later, in your own time.
The hardest day you have is the day this is built for. So the day it gets built asks almost nothing of you.
The install sets up your personal support agent inside a private Notion workspace. Jamie configures the agent, the workspace it lives in, and the phone around it. Agent Memory gets seeded by the install interview. From there your agent does the practical work, not just the remembering: it drafts the email, plans the budget, fills the form.

Just you, or you and your team. Most installs are set up for one person. If a partner, a parent, or a support worker helps you, they can be part of the install and share a space you control. Home stays private to you. Bringing people in widens the work a little, priced and confirmed before any of it starts.
Install only, or ongoing. The install gives you a working agent with Agent Memory. Install-only clients use their own Notion Business plan. Ongoing Neuro Support keeps the agent maintained while you learn to run it yourself, and covers the workspace bill.
ADHD coaching in Aotearoa typically runs NZ$200 to $250 a session. Five sessions cost more than a one-off install. The install is a system, not an hour.
