A Support Seat.

Your Agent runs on Claude, made by Anthropic. We don't hide that, and we don't resell it. Claude is the engine. The seat is everything built on it, and the person behind it.

We set your Agent up with you, in your own words. The Neuro Support skills are on it from day one. We keep it running, so there's nothing to sign up for, pay for or look after. Between visits, a person can check in with you any week you want one. And when you can run it on your own, we help you move to an account of your own and take everything with you.

Claude on its own is a blank page. A Support Seat is a blank page with your life written in, and someone who knows you a booking away.

What the $199 is for. The fee is for being on it: your Agent set up around you and kept running, the lessons, the paperwork done, and me a booking away at the client rate. Hours are invoiced separately, for what actually happened.

• It keeps you safe. House rules your Agent never crosses.
• It does the jobs. The Neuro Support skills, set up around your week.
• It's easy to reach. One shortcut on your phone or computer, with its accessibility settings sorted.
• You leave able to use it. One real job done by you before we finish, and a big-print card for the steps you'll use most.

Online, on your seat. A weekly 15 minutes is there if you want it, and you can book more whenever you need it. There's no limit. The time that actually happened goes on your seat's monthly bill. In person in Christchurch it's NZ$120 an hour.

Anything your Agent can do with you, with nobody else in the room, is part of the seat. Jamie's short lessons on each of these are added to your seat as he records them.

• Your calendar and email connected and sorted. What a connection does for your Agent, then yours linked, and how to switch each one off.
• Bills never late. Every bill on the calendar, a reminder the night before, and a monthly look at what's going out. It never logs into your bank.
• Never miss an appointment. One calendar with everything in it, reminders, and a one-page prep sheet before each visit.
• Mornings and evenings that run themselves. Five minutes at each end of the day, run by your Agent.
• A plan for the bad days. What your Agent does when you say “bad day”, made specific to you, with the crisis lines built in.
• A page about you, in your words. And your household on one page, shared with the people you choose.
• A look at what you're entitled to and not using. Your Agent does the legwork, with the forms filled to the Submit button. It doesn't replace your NASC's review.

Your own website, your own knowledge base, a tool of your own in Claude Code, or a custom harness. Each with a result we name before we start, and a fixed price that covers the build and its week of checking.

A Support Seat is a subscription, like a gym membership. If your funding pays for it, your host says yes once before it starts. One bill a month, on the 1st: the seat, and the time with Jamie that actually happened, ready for your host. Your first month is charged by the day. You can stop any month, and the month you've paid for runs to its end. The funder page has invoicing, scope and host arrangements.

Before you join, you read and sign a page that says plainly who can see what. Your files and data are yours. Your notes live in your own Google account, so if you ever leave, they go with you. Your chats stay on the seat. You can download your own chats from claude.ai on a computer before you go, and when you leave we ask Anthropic to delete them before the seat goes to anyone else. You'll need a phone or computer.
