A premium technical tier for clients who want to push their support system beyond what Notion alone can do. Focused 1:1 work with Jamie, capped intake (4 seats per cycle once launched).

What this can include:

  • Custom Skills your Agent runs — workflows shaped to how you actually work, not generic templates.
  • A personal website or small web app — a public landing page, a portfolio, a blog, or a private tool only you use.
  • Cloudflare Workers automations — scheduled jobs that run outside Notion: calendar syncs, data pulls, webhook handlers, periodic checks.
  • Custom MCP servers — connecting Claude to tools and data sources Notion doesn't reach natively.
  • Bespoke Notion architecture — databases, automations, and views shaped around a specific project rather than the standard install.

The Neuro Agent install builds your support system. Jamie configures your phone, sets up your Notion workspace, builds your Support Agent, and seeds Agent Memory with the interview that anchors the whole engagement.

The install is interview-led. Jamie asks key questions, learns how you live and work, then builds the workspace and Custom Agents shaped around your real context. The 90-minute live session is the centerpiece. The interview-driven shaping happens before and after as well.

What's in the install:

  • A private Notion workspace organised around your real life
  • Your Support Agent (a configured Claude that runs inside the workspace)
  • An Action Button shortcut on iPhone for quick capture (alternative capture surface on Android)
  • Sensory-friendly phone settings
  • A 90-minute live install session with the interview that seeds Agent Memory
  • Practical handoff so you know where to start

Important: Notion Business plan. If you're doing the install only (not continuing on ongoing Neuro Support), you'll use your own Notion Business plan. Clients on Neuro Support sit on Jamie's Notion plan. The same install works for both; the difference is who covers the workspace bill.

Agent Memory vs. ongoing Custom Agents. The install gives you a working Support Agent with Agent Memory. That's the foundation: your Agent holds context, captures what you give it, and routes thoughts to the right place. Ongoing Neuro Support adds Custom Agents that actively maintain your system over time. Without that ongoing layer, the system works but doesn't keep evolving as your life and the underlying tools change.

Comparison context. ADHD coaching in Aotearoa typically runs NZ$200 to $250 per session. Five weekly sessions cost more than a one-off install. The install is a system, not an hour.

The goal is to stop the system becoming another thing you have to manage alone.

Custom Agents that maintain your system. Beyond the basic Agent Memory the install delivers, ongoing Neuro Support adds Custom Agents that actively look after your workspace, surface what matters, and keep things useful as your life and the underlying tools change.

Help built into your workspace. Most questions get answered inside your workspace by your Support Agent. When something needs a real person, it escalates to Jamie. No 2-business-day wait for routine questions.

System maintenance. Notion and Claude both evolve. Jamie keeps your setup current as those tools change so you don't have to.

Content and Library curation. As Neuro Support's content library grows, useful patterns and prompts flow into your workspace.

Support Sessions are practical. The work is unstuck-the-thing, sort-the-step, name-the-blocker. Not coaching. Not therapy. Support worker time.

Useful for:

  • Making sense of a task that has become too large
  • Preparing for an appointment
  • Breaking down a form or admin process
  • Deciding what matters next
  • Talking through a support need
  • Getting unstuck without building a whole system first

Each Support Session is also a working demo of the system, even if you haven't installed it. Jamie can screenshare a dummy Neuro Agent so you can see it run.

Neuro Support is designed for the practical world of disability support in New Zealand, including clients using Individualised Funding.

It works with several IF hosts, including Manawanui. The Neuro Agent install and Neuro Support are priced and structured so each transaction sits below the IF $1,500 per-transaction threshold for funded support, so there's no pre-approval friction.
