The Discovery Call is a free 15 to 30 minute call with Jamie. It exists to work out fit, not to sell.
You can ask about:
- Whether Neuro Support fits your situation
- The Neuro Agent install
- Ongoing Neuro Support
- Support Sessions
- Individualised Funding
- Privacy and workspace access
- Whether a family member, coordinator, or referrer should be involved
You don't need to prepare a polished story. "I can't keep holding all of this" is enough.
How the call works.
Before
Nothing is required.
You don't need to prepare an explanation. You don't need to know what you want yet.
During
- You describe what's hard right now, in whatever words you have.
- Jamie listens, asks questions, and explains how Neuro Support works.
- You work out together whether the install is a useful next step, whether a Support Session is a better start, or whether something else fits better than Neuro Support.
After
- If it's a yes, Jamie sends a short prep checklist for the install.
- If it's a no, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.
- If it's a maybe, take your time. Email Jamie any time with questions.
There's no high-pressure pitch. The Discovery Call is for working out fit, not for selling.

Funders, NASCs, support coordinators, and family members are welcome.

A short note on privacy
Anything you share on the Discovery Call, by email, or through the form is held confidentially. Jamie doesn't share it without your consent, except where the law requires.
Discovery Calls aren't recorded by default. The install interview is recorded with your consent, used to set up your Support Agent, and shared back with you.
