How joining works

Send us your Google account email.
A Gmail is best, but it doesn't have to be one. Your invitation uses it to set you up on Claude, where your Agent lives. There's nothing else to sign up for or pay for.

Read and sign a short consent form.
Jamie emails it to you. It says in plain words who can see what, and what you can take with you.

Open your invitation.
Open Claude on your phone or computer, and your Agent is there. It walks you through your first week, one thing at a time.

One bill a month, on the 1st.
$199 a month (NZD in New Zealand, AUD in Australia, USD everywhere else). The first month is charged by the day, from the day you start.

Prices are in NZD in New Zealand, AUD in Australia, USD everywhere else. Your first month is only the days left in it, from the day your seat starts. Any worker time you book ($20 per 15 minutes online) goes on the same bill.
The fee is for being on it: your Agent set up around you and kept running, the lessons, the paperwork done, and me a booking away at the client rate. Hours are invoiced separately, for what actually happened.
A worker's time, only when you book it: $20 per 15 minutes online, NZ$120 an hour in person in Christchurch.
Your details are used only to set up your seat and to write to you about it. You can ask for them to be removed at any time by emailing jamie@neurosupport.co.nz.
